What changed after go-live
We replaced four disconnected systems with BizPlus ERP in under five months. Month-end close went from eleven days to four, and for the first time our plant heads and finance team are reading the same numbers.
Trio HIMS changed how our OPD runs. Average patient wait dropped by nearly half, and our TPA claim cycle is materially faster because the documentation is captured correctly the first time.
They designed the architecture properly before writing a line of code, and it showed. Two years and ten times the traffic later, we have not had to re-platform anything.
Our field sales team actually uses BizPlus CRM, which is more than I can say for the two CRMs we bought before it. Follow-up compliance went from roughly 40% to over 90% in one quarter.
The IVR went live in three days and we stopped losing calls immediately. What surprised me was the honesty during scoping — they talked us out of two features we didn't need.
