1. Who we are
Landmark TechEdge Pvt. Ltd. ("Landmark TechEdge", "we", "us") is a company registered in India. For any question about this policy or your personal data, contact us at the email address on our contact page.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us: name, email address, phone number, company name and the contents of any enquiry you submit through our forms or send us by email.
Information collected automatically: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited and referring URL. This is used in aggregate to understand how the site is used.
We do not collect sensitive personal data through this website, and we ask that you do not include confidential information in an initial enquiry.
3. How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and provide the information, quotation or demonstration you requested.
- To provide, maintain and support services and products you have purchased from us.
- To send occasional updates where you have subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
- To improve our website, content and services, and to keep our systems secure.
- To meet legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.
4. Legal basis for processing
We process personal data on the basis of your consent (where you submit an enquiry or subscribe), the performance of a contract (where you are a client), our legitimate interests in operating and improving our business, and compliance with legal obligations.
5. Sharing your information
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — hosting, email delivery, analytics and CRM — each bound by contractual confidentiality obligations. We may disclose information where required by law, court order or a competent regulatory authority.
6. Data retention
Enquiry data is retained for up to 36 months from the last interaction unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Client project data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus any statutory retention period applicable to contracts and accounting records.
7. Security
We apply encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control, least-privilege administration, logging and regular security review to the systems that hold personal data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to a documented standard and review it regularly.
8. Your rights
You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccuracies, request erasure, object to processing or ask us to restrict it, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email us. We respond within 30 days.
9. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to operate the site and to remember your theme preference. Analytics cookies, where used, are set only in aggregate form and can be blocked through your browser settings without affecting site functionality.
10. International transfers
Our primary infrastructure is hosted in India. Where a service provider processes data outside India, we ensure appropriate contractual safeguards are in place before any transfer.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified on this page with a revised effective date.
