About the internship
Most design internships mean resizing somebody else's artwork. This one does not. You will produce work that goes out under our name — product one-pagers, campaign creative, social sets, event material and the occasional interface asset — with a design lead reviewing it properly rather than rubber-stamping it.
What you will do
- Design collateral for BizPlus, Trio HIMS and our services: brochures, one-pagers, case-study layouts.
- Produce campaign and social assets that hold the brand together across formats.
- Build presentation templates the sales team can use without breaking them.
- Work within our design system — navy, red, three typefaces, restrained rounding — and learn why constraints help.
- Prepare artwork for print as well as screen, including bleed, colour space and file handover.
- Support the product designers with icons, illustrations and marketing-site imagery.
What we are looking for
- A degree, diploma or final year in graphic design, visual communication or fine art.
- A portfolio — coursework and personal projects are entirely fine.
- Working knowledge of Figma, plus Photoshop and Illustrator or their equivalents.
- A real eye for typography, spacing and hierarchy. This matters more than software.
- The ability to take a critique, and to explain a decision without taking it personally.
Nice to have
- Motion or video editing — After Effects, Premiere or similar.
- Illustration or icon design in a consistent style.
- Any exposure to designing for software rather than only for print.
What we offer
- Hybrid working from our Baner office.
- Weekly critique with the design lead — the fastest way to improve.
- Published work for your portfolio, credited.
- A completion certificate and a full-time offer for interns who perform.
Interview process
- A conversation about your work and what you want to get better at.
- A portfolio walk-through — two or three pieces, in depth.
- A short paid design exercise, discussed together rather than graded in silence.
