About the internship
Testing is where you learn how software really behaves. Over six months you will work on BizPlus ERP, BizPlus CRM and Trio HIMS — systems that run production floors and hospital wards, where a defect that reaches production has consequences. You will be given real features to test, not a sandbox.
What you will do
- Write test cases from a requirement, including the paths nobody thought to specify.
- Run functional, regression and exploratory testing across web and mobile.
- Raise defects that a developer can act on — clear steps, expected versus actual, evidence attached.
- Verify fixes and keep the regression suite honest as the product changes.
- Learn automated testing with Selenium or Playwright, and write your first suites.
- Test APIs directly with Postman rather than only through the interface.
- Sit in sprint planning and demos, so you see why a feature exists.
What we are looking for
- A degree, diploma or final year in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
- Genuine curiosity about how things break, and the patience to reproduce it.
- Clear written English — a defect report nobody can follow is not a defect report.
- Basic SQL, enough to check that what the screen shows matches what was stored.
- Some exposure to a programming language; you will read code, not only screens.
Nice to have
- A testing certification, or coursework in software quality.
- Any hands-on time with Selenium, Playwright, Postman or JMeter.
- A personal project you have tested and documented.
What we offer
- A named mentor from the QA team and a written learning plan.
- Real ownership of test coverage for a module, with your name on it.
- A completion certificate and a reference we will actually write.
- A full-time offer for interns who perform — most of our QA team started this way.
Interview process
- A short conversation about your interest in quality engineering.
- A practical exercise: find the defects in a small application we give you.
- A discussion with the QA lead about how you approached it.
