About the role

A hospital information system fails for organisational reasons far more often than technical ones. You are the person who prevents that: mapping how a hospital really works, configuring Trio HIMS to match, training people who did not ask for new software, and standing beside them at go-live.

What you will do

  • Run process studies across OPD, IPD, pharmacy, laboratory, radiology, billing and insurance desks.
  • Configure Trio HIMS to the hospital's actual workflow — tariffs, packages, panels, formularies, departments and roles.
  • Plan and execute data migration from legacy systems, including the patient records that must not be lost or duplicated.
  • Train staff by role, from consultants to front-desk, with material they will still use in month three.
  • Manage go-live on site: parallel running, cutover, and the first fortnight when everything gets questioned.
  • Coordinate integrations — LIS and RIS devices, PACS, insurance and TPA portals, accounting systems.
  • Track adoption after go-live and bring recurring friction back to the product team as evidence, not anecdote.

What we are looking for

  • 5–10 years implementing HIMS, EMR or hospital ERP systems.
  • Real understanding of hospital operations — you know why the billing desk and the pharmacy disagree.
  • Confidence in front of clinicians and hospital administration alike.
  • Working SQL for data validation and migration checks.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites for rollouts, typically in blocks of one to two weeks.
  • Documentation discipline: SOPs, configuration records and sign-offs that hold up months later.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with NABH requirements and clinical documentation standards.
  • Exposure to HL7 or FHIR interfaces.
  • Insurance, TPA or ABDM / PM-JAY claim workflow experience.

What we offer

  • ₹14–22 LPA depending on experience, reviewed annually.
  • Pune base with travel to client sites — travel and stay fully covered.
  • Health cover for you and your immediate family.
  • Direct influence on the product roadmap, because you see the failures first.
  • Work that visibly improves how a hospital treats its patients.

Interview process

  1. An introductory conversation about the rollouts you have led.
  2. A case discussion on a difficult implementation — what went wrong and what you did.
  3. A working session with our product and delivery leads.
  4. A closing conversation on expectations, travel and offer.
