About the role

Enterprise software has a low bar and everyone knows it. The people who use ERP and hospital systems spend their entire working day inside them, and mostly endure the experience. Your job is to make our products the exception — not prettier, but genuinely faster to work in.

What you will do

  • Sit with real users — storekeepers, accountants, nurses, call-centre agents — and watch how the work actually happens before drawing anything.
  • Design end-to-end flows for BizPlus ERP, BizPlus CRM and Trio HIMS, from the empty state to the error state.
  • Own and grow our design system so screens stay consistent as four teams build in parallel.
  • Design for density. These are keyboard-driven, data-heavy screens used at speed, not marketing pages.
  • Prototype enough to test the risky part of an idea, then test it with someone who will use it.
  • Work alongside engineers through implementation, and hold the quality bar at the end rather than handing off at the start.
  • Contribute to the accessibility standard we hold ourselves to: contrast, focus order, keyboard paths, screen-reader labelling.

What we are looking for

  • 3–6 years in product design with at least one complex, workflow-heavy product in your portfolio.
  • Fluency in Figma, including components, variants and a maintained library.
  • The ability to explain a design decision in terms of the user's job, not personal taste.
  • Comfort with tables, forms, filters, permissions and the unglamorous parts of enterprise UI.
  • Enough understanding of the web platform to know what is cheap to build and what is not.

Nice to have

  • Experience designing for hospitals, manufacturing or finance.
  • Front-end familiarity — HTML, CSS, or reading a React component without fear.
  • Motion and interaction design for state changes that need to be understood, not admired.

What we offer

  • ₹12–20 LPA depending on experience, reviewed annually.
  • Hybrid working from Baner, Pune.
  • Health cover for you and your immediate family.
  • Direct access to users — we will fund the site visits, because that is where the good decisions come from.
  • Design treated as part of the product, not a service desk for screens.

Interview process

  1. An introductory conversation about your work and how you approach a problem.
  2. A portfolio walk-through: two projects, in depth, including what did not work.
  3. A design exercise on one of our real screens, discussed together rather than graded in silence.
  4. A closing conversation with the team you would join.
